Terms of Service

1. What SatNet is

SatNet is a non-custodial software platform and marketing tool for Web3 token projects. It provides smart contracts and a web interface that let independent participants refer others and earn on-chain affiliate commissions. SatNet is not a bank, broker, exchange, investment fund, financial advisor, or custodian. We never take possession of your funds, private keys, or wallet — all value moves directly between you and public blockchain smart contracts that you interact with at your own discretion.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of SatNet is lawful in your jurisdiction. You may not use the platform if doing so would breach any law, regulation, or sanctions program that applies to you.

3. Geographic restrictions

SatNet is not offered to, and may not be used by, any person located in, resident in, or a national of any jurisdiction where affiliate-reward programs, token participation, or the platform's features are prohibited or restricted, or any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions. You are responsible for knowing and complying with your local rules. We may block access from any region at our sole discretion and without notice.

4. AML / sanctions

You represent that you are not on any sanctions or prohibited-persons list and that funds you use are lawfully obtained. You agree not to use SatNet for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any illicit activity. We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, or report activity we reasonably believe to be unlawful, and to cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

5. Membership NFTs and earnings

Participation involves minting a membership NFT and may generate affiliate commissions paid by smart contracts according to published rules. Commissions are earned, not guaranteed. Your results depend on your own effort, your network, market conditions, and factors outside our control. SatNet makes no representation or promise of any income, profit, or return. Any figures, examples, tiers, or caps shown are illustrative of how the mechanism works — they are not projections or guarantees of earnings.

6. No refunds; on-chain finality

Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. Minting, upgrading, transferring, or trading NFTs, and any on-chain payment, cannot be undone, reversed, or refunded by us — we have no technical ability to do so. You are responsible for every transaction you authorize with your wallet, including network ("gas") fees. SatNet operates on BNB Smart Chain mainnet — all payments involve real USDT and are final.

7. Your responsibilities

• Securing your wallet, seed phrase, and devices. We can never recover them.
• Verifying every contract address, link, and partner project before you act.
• Determining, reporting, and paying any taxes that apply to your activity.
• The accuracy of anything you publish (profile, referral materials, claims to prospects).

8. Responsible use

You agree not to: make false or misleading earnings claims to anyone you refer; spam, impersonate, or harass; attempt to exploit, attack, or disrupt the contracts or site; use bots or automated abuse; or present SatNet as a guaranteed-income or get-rich scheme. Referral activity must be honest and compliant with the laws and platform rules of any channel you use (social networks, messengers, ad networks). Violations may result in removal from optional directories and features.

9. Third-party projects

SatNet may surface partner token projects. We perform best-effort due diligence only and do not endorse, guarantee, or accept responsibility for any third-party project, token, claim, or outcome. Any dealing you have with a partner project is solely between you and that project.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform, smart contracts, or any RPC, network, or third-party service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of vulnerabilities. Software and smart contracts may contain bugs.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SatNet and its contributors, operators, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of funds, tokens, profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the platform, smart-contract behavior, forks, network failures, or third-party acts — even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SatNet and its operators and contributors from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Changes; suspension

We may update these Terms, the platform, its rules, fees, and features at any time. Material changes take effect when posted here. We may suspend or restrict access to optional features at our discretion. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The operating entity is SatNetworking. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot be waived under your local law.
