Privacy Policy

1. What we do and don't collect

We do not collect your name, government ID, private keys, or seed phrase, and we never custody your funds. The platform works by reading public blockchain data and by you signing transactions with your own wallet.

We may process:

• Public wallet address — necessary to show your dashboard, network, and payouts. This is already public on-chain.
• Optional profile settings you choose to save (alias, bio, language/region, contact handle, email for notifications, Open-Sponsor opt-in). You provide these voluntarily; you can edit or clear them. Writes are authenticated by a signature from your own wallet.
• Basic technical/analytics data — e.g. approximate region (for default language), device/browser type, and aggregate usage — to keep the site working and improve it.
• Telegram link — if you opt in to notifications, we store the mapping between your wallet and Telegram chat so the bot can message you. You can unlink at any time.

2. How we use it

Only to operate and improve the platform: render your account, send notifications you asked for, maintain optional directories you opted into, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Blockchain is permanent

Transactions, NFT ownership, and on-chain activity are public, permanent, and outside our control. We cannot edit or delete anything recorded on a public blockchain. Anything you put on-chain should be treated as permanent and public.

4. Cookies & local storage

We use minimal cookies and browser local storage to remember your language choice, consent preferences, and session/UI state, and to gather privacy-respecting analytics. You control optional cookies through the consent banner and can clear storage in your browser at any time. Necessary storage is required for the site to function.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform (e.g. hosting, RPC/blockchain infrastructure, messaging, analytics), bound to handle it for those purposes only, and where required by law or to prevent fraud or abuse. Optional directory listings (e.g. Open Sponsor) display only the information you chose to make visible.

6. Your choices

• Edit or clear your saved profile settings from the dashboard.
• Unlink Telegram to stop notifications.
• Adjust or withdraw cookie consent via the banner.
• Use the platform with a fresh wallet to minimize linkage.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold (note: on-chain data cannot be deleted). To make a request, contact us below.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the limited data we hold, but no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for your wallet and device security.

8. Children

SatNet is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
