1. Make sure MetaMask (or Trust Wallet, OKX Wallet) is installed.

2. On mobile, open satnet.ai/dashboard inside the wallet's built-in browser, not Safari/Chrome.

3. Switch network to BNB Smart Chain (chainId 56). Dashboard prompts to add it if missing.

4. Try refreshing + clicking Connect again. Approve in the wallet popup.

Common causes:

• Not enough USDT. Check your USDT (BEP-20) balance against the tier price. Buy USDT on any exchange and withdraw it to your wallet on BNB Chain.
• Not enough BNB for gas. You need a small amount of BNB (~$0.30) for fees.
• Wrong chain. Switch to BSC Mainnet in MetaMask.
• Already have an NFT. One NFT per wallet — use a different wallet, or use upgrade to bump your existing tier.
• Approval not done. You must Approve USDT before the Mint button activates.

1. Wait 10-15 seconds + refresh the page.

2. Check the tx on bscscan.com — does it show success?

3. In MetaMask, "Import NFT" with the SatNet NFT contract address: 0xAB57DB8381582b369645caef6241d6A6ceDC8e0D

4. If tx succeeded but dashboard doesn't reflect — hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R / Ctrl+Shift+R).

1. Confirm you have pendingEarnings > 0 — button is disabled when zero.

2. Need ~0.001 BNB for gas. Top up your wallet if low.

3. Check you're on BSC Mainnet (chainId 56).

4. If the tx errors, copy the error message + DM us on Telegram with a screenshot.

Pair-match settles daily at 00:05 UTC by our operator backend.

Conditions for pair-match payout:

• Both your left + right legs must have BV (= at least one mint on each side)
• Pair-match = 10% × min(Left BV, Right BV)
• Capped by your tier daily cap (Bronze $50, Silver $250, Gold $1K, Diamond $5K, Crown $15K)

Mint your NFT first (any tier). Then on the dashboard, the "My Referral" card shows your link. Share via Twitter/WhatsApp/Telegram from there.

NFT mints are final — V1 contracts do not support refunds. You can resell your NFT on the marketplace anytime to recover what someone is willing to pay.
